Fuling mustard, also known as green vegetable head, is bred in special soil and water environment and climate. It is mainly produced in the Yangtze River coastal zone 200 kilometers from Gaojia Town in Fengdu County to Mudong Town in Banan District, and Fuling is the main production area in the center.
